We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Material Disclaimers:

• Wood Products: Wood is a natural material. Variations in grain, knots, texture, and color are natural occurrences and are not defects. Laser engraving may vary in depth and darkness depending on the density of the wood grain.
• 3D Printed Products: Items are created using additive manufacturing. Minor surface imperfections, visible layer lines, or "seams" are inherent to the process and are not considered defects.
• Safety: Unless explicitly stated, our products are not toys and should be kept away from small children, as small parts may present a choking hazard.

When you submit a design, logo, image, or text for us to engrave or print ("Customer Content"), you represent and warrant that:

1. You own the rights to the Content, or have explicit permission from the owner to use it.
2. The Content does not infringe on any trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any third party.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Creative Southsider LLC from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising out of any claim that the Customer Content you provided infringes on the intellectual property rights of a third party.

Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to reject any order that we believe contains offensive, hateful, or infringing content.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. If a payment fails or is disputed, we reserve the right to cancel the order immediately.

• Non-Custom Items: Orders for stock items may be cancelled if the item has not yet shipped.
• Custom Items: Orders for personalized or custom items cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately. If production has not started, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund minus a small processing fee.

In no case shall Creative Southsider LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, strictly including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

Liability Cap: Our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the product.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
