At Creative Southsider LLC, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our laser-engraved and 3D-printed goods. Because we are a small family business, every item is handled with care. Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom or personalized orders.

Due to the nature of these items, they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. This applies to:

• Items engraved with names, dates, or personal messages.
• Custom-designed 3D prints or prototypes.
• Products featuring business logos or specific branding.
• Items made to specific custom dimensions requested by the buyer.

Please double-check your spelling and design details before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for inputs (spelling errors, incorrect dates) provided by the customer.

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a claim for a damaged item:

1. Email us at contact@creativesouthsider.com
2. Include your order number.
3. Attach clear photos of the damage and the packaging (this is required for us to file shipping claims).

If the error is ours (e.g., we engraved the wrong name or the item arrived broken), we will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund.

Wood Grain Variations:For laser-engraved wood products, please note that wood is a natural material. Variations in grain, texture, and color are natural and are not considered defects. A knot in the wood or a darker grain line is part of the unique character of the piece and is not grounds for a return.

3D Printing Characteristics:3D printed items are created layer by layer. Minor surface imperfections, layer lines, or small artifacts are normal byproducts of the additive manufacturing process and are not considered defects unless they compromise the structural integrity or function of the item.

If a refund is approved (for a damaged item), you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
