1.Returns
1.1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
1.2. Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
1.3. Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@creativesouthsider.com to request a return authorization. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
1.4. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

1.7 Persoanlized items: Any item purchased that contains any type of personalization is not eligible for return or refund.
2.Exchanges
2.1. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
